Whatever your running or fitness goal, I am passionate about helping people to achieve their short and long-term targets. Indeed, it doesn’t matter if you’re a marathon runner or prefer just running for pleasure, the same rules mostly apply!

Personalised Running and Endurance Coaching: Initial consultation to understand your current running level, overall fitness, lifestyle and future ambitions. From there, I can get to work on constructing a bespoke training and running plan just for you.

– That would include a full programme, designed specifically for a certain period, and inclusive of advice, tips, nutrition guidance and strength and conditioning support, in tandem with a tailored approach to rest and recovery. Plus much, much more.

– On top of this, I will be available on a daily/weekly basis to offer support via phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and social media.
